You can delete your Hachem Dental Care account at any time.
The quickest way — in the app
Open the app and go to Profile → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to type your business name to confirm. The account is closed immediately.
If you can’t open the app
Email info@hachemdentalcare.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, and include:
- Your business or clinic name
- The email address on the account
- A phone number, if you have one on the account
We process requests within one working day and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and password
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your saved clinic and delivery addresses
- Your loyalty points balance and any wallet balance
- Your notification device tokens
What we keep, and why
- Orders, invoices, payments and returns — we are required to keep commercial and accounting records. These remain linked to the business, but your personal contact details are removed from them.
Accounting records are retained for the period required by Lebanese and UAE law. Everything else is removed within 30 days of your request.
One thing to know: if your account has an unpaid balance, a wallet balance or an order in progress, we will contact you to settle it before the account can be closed.
