This policy covers the Hachem Dental Care ordering app
(com.hachemdentalcare.app) and this website.
The app is operated by Hachem Dental Care S.A.R.L (New Rawda – Apotres College Street, Meten, Lebanon) and Hachem Dental Care L.L.C. (R03 S09, France Cluster, International City, Dubai, UAE).
What we collect
- Account details — business name, contact name, email, phone.
- Delivery addresses you add.
- Order and payment records — what you ordered, invoices, amounts and payment method. We never see or store card numbers.
- Loyalty balance and wallet balance, where you use them.
- Your location, only at the moment you tap “use my location” on an address form. We take a precise reading and save the coordinates with that delivery address, so our drivers can find it. We do not track your location at any other time, and never in the background.
- Camera, only while you are scanning a barcode. Images are processed on your device and are never stored or transmitted.
- Device token, if you turn on order notifications.
- How you use the app — which screens and products you open, how long for, and what you add to the basket. We measure this on our own servers to see which products need better photographs or descriptions, and when the catalogue is actually being used. It is tied to your account, it is never sold or shared, and it never leaves our systems.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your orders, raise invoices, operate credit accounts and loyalty, provide support, and understand which parts of the app and catalogue are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who we share it with
Our own delivery staff, and service providers who host the system on our behalf. We share what is needed to deliver your order — nothing more.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept while your account is open. Orders, invoices and payment records are kept after account deletion, because we are required to retain commercial and accounting records.
Your choices
- View and correct your details in Profile.
- Request a copy of your data in Profile → Account.
- Delete your account in Profile → Account → Delete account, or at hachemdentalcare.com/pages/delete-your-account.
- Turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
Children
This app is for dental professionals and businesses. It is not directed at children.
